Our sign-up process takes minutes and we can usually begin marketing and managing your social profiles the next day. We first learn a little about your business and target audience. Once we better understand your business and goals, we begin posting on your socials.
1) Sign Up & Onboarding
We collect information about you and your business
- Select the marketing plan of your choice on the Pricing page
- Fill out the onboarding form so we learn about your business and goals
- We create your client profile and generate an invoice
2) Research & Planning
We begin the research phase, including:
- Who your target audience is
- What types of posts would have the most impact
- What Social Media platforms make the most sense for your business
- What revisions or updates are needed on your current profiles (if any)
3) Content Creation
We start creating material geared towards your target audience
- Image graphics
- Infographics
- Business-specific content
- Videos and more
4) Posting & Reporting
We post material on your profiles as per the plan you selected
- We post on your Facebook, Instagram + other platforms we’re managing
- We answer follower questions and respond to comments (pro package)
- Removal of any spam comments or URLs posted by followers
- You’ll receive a monthly report outlining the work done
